Content on this website (text, case studies, product descriptions) is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee. Actual engagements are governed by the signed contract or quote between the parties.

fluxRelay provides relay forwarding to AI providers, key management, usage-based billing and related management features, as offered in the version live at the time.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. All activity and charges under your account are your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

You must not use the service to:

• Do anything unlawful under Taiwan law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Violate the terms of use of upstream AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google).
• Abuse service resources, including excessive requests, circumventing usage limits, or disrupting normal operation.
• Generate or relay unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or malware-related content.

Violating these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Upstream API keys you entrust to us are used only to relay your requests. We store keys encrypted and take reasonable technical measures to prevent unauthorized access.

Despite reasonable safeguards, no system can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a security incident, we will notify affected users as required by law.

fluxRelay bills per actual usage, metered per call, on a prepaid or monthly-invoice basis. The applicable plan and rates are those in effect for your account at the time.

If payment is overdue, we may suspend service until the balance is settled. Charges already incurred are not waived by suspension or termination of the account.

We work to keep the service running reliably. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance, but by the nature of online services we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for outages or issues on the upstream AI providers' side.

Ownership of code and deliverables from custom projects follows the signed contract for that engagement; absent other agreement, ownership transfers to the client once delivery is complete and payment is settled.

Our own products such as fluxRelay, including their code, trademarks and interface design, remain our intellectual property and are not transferred by your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or fluxRelay. Our total liability for any incident is capped at the fees you actually paid us for the relevant service in the 12 months before the incident.

You may stop using fluxRelay and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms or where required by law, giving reasonable notice where practicable.

We may update these terms at any time; changes are reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
