Privacy Policy

When you contact us through the website form, we collect the name, email, and problem description you provide, plus any images you choose to attach.

The server and the Cloudflare platform keep standard access logs (such as IP address, browser information and visit time) for operation and security purposes.

If you are a fluxRelay user, see the “fluxRelay user data” section below.

Contact-form data is used only to reply to your inquiry, discuss the project, and follow up. We do not use it for unrelated marketing and do not share it with unrelated third parties.

Access logs are used for troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and keeping the service secure.

Inquiry records and correspondence are kept for 2 years after a project ends, to support ongoing maintenance and follow-up. Inquiries that do not turn into a project are kept for up to 2 years before deletion.

Server access logs are retained for the hosting platform's default period and then automatically cleared.

We rely on the following third-party services to run the website and contact form; they may process some of your data as a result:

• Email delivery: contact-form notifications are sent via our own mailbox over SMTP, carrying the message and attachments you submitted.
• Cloudflare: website hosting, content delivery and basic protection.

This website may use Cloudflare Web Analytics for traffic statistics. It does not use cookies and does not identify individuals.

This website sets a NEXT_LOCALE cookie to remember your chosen language (Chinese or English). It is used only for this purpose, not for tracking or advertising. Clearing it in your browser does not affect other site functions.

fluxRelay is our AI relay gateway product. The data it collects and how it is used:

• Account data: login credentials and necessary contact information, used for authentication and billing correspondence.
• Upstream API keys: third-party AI provider keys you entrust to us are stored encrypted and used only to relay your API requests, for no other purpose.
• Usage and billing records: the model, token count and cost of each call, used for billing and invoice lookup.
• Telemetry logs: latency, outcome and error information for each call, used for troubleshooting and operations; these do not include the full content of requests or responses.

We do not use your API keys or relayed content to train models, and we do not share them with unrelated third parties.

Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, you may ask us to let you review, copy, supplement, correct, or stop the collection, processing, use or deletion of your personal data.
