From chart math to video output, AI takes the repetitive half.

Digitising a wellness studio: the Vedic Dii chart site, a Vedic astrology API, an astrologer back office with AI reading summaries, and automated video production. We invested engineering for equity and run it together.

Vedic Dii chart site home: birth time and place form

Goal

Hand the astrologer's repetitive work (chart math, data prep, summaries, content) to systems, leaving people the consultations that need judgement.

Approach

First the astrology math became a testable API (D1, D9 charts and the 120-year dasha timeline), then the Vedic Dii chart site, where anyone enters a birth time and place to draw and share a chart. The back office creates a client from a pasted chart link, computes the charts, drafts a Chinese summary with Gemini and syncs files to Google Drive. The video system splits scripts with Gemini, voices them with ElevenLabs, renders with FFmpeg and uploads to YouTube.

Result

Chart math, data preparation, summaries and content now run on the system, leaving the astrologer's time for consultations. Development is still ongoing.
